You're a self-starter!   You want to be part of a team that is going somewhere!   You want to matter, as a key member of that team!  The clock is what the other clown at your present company watches.  You know that you have what it takes, and you'll do whatever it takes!  You have GOALS!  You want to succeed, and you have an innate capability to keep the big picture in mind.  The idea of short-term thinking is ridiculous to you; of course you have to sow before you can reap!

Do you need to be a beer lover?  YES!   If you don't like beer, this is not the job for you.  Obviously we need to talk to our customers about the different products we offer, and you can't talk about something you don't know - first hand.  But you know that!  Otherwise you would have already surfed on to some other webpage.

The following list comprises the major responsibilities of the position.

• Current account care and management, including the weekly collection of orders.
• New sales of the CB’s line of products.
• Development of programs to increase awareness and sales  of CB’s brands in marketplace.
• Perform product “tastings” as well as participate in vendor promotional events.
• New sales of Custom Beers for appropriate clients.
• All coordination of custom beer product launch, including product graphics, product collateral (table-tents, posters, etc.), and launch event.
• Documentation of all sales generation activity.  
• Coordination with retail staff regarding activities/ promotions.

A company provided cellular phone for business use, and a monthly car allowance  is paid in addition to the salary, earned commission and bonus.
