Olde Horny Brew

This devilishly good red ale is brewed for Lux Lounge using only the finest ingredients.  We start with North American Pale ale malt for the base and add a little German Munich malt to beef up the body.  For the color and malt flavor we chose a German Caramel malt and added just a touch of Chocolate malt.  To balance the malt flavor we used two classic American hop varieties: Galena and Cluster.  The Galena hops add just enough bitterness to contrast the malt sweetness and the Cluster hops give the beer a nice fruity, floral aroma.  We think you’ll agree, this is one “De-Lux” beer.

Brewed with Pale Ale, Munich , CaraMunich and Chocolate malts.

Hopped with Galena and Cluster hops.

Alcohol is approx 5% by volume.
